I had a Ford Focus for 10 years, we had absolutely no issues with the car at all, We were looking for a car to replace our old one and found a newer model at Pellon Motor Group. The car has been great, we have made a couple trips up to Wales and had no issues or cause for concern. The chaps at the dealership were really friendly and welcoming, answered all our question. Very good service and very good cars on offer! Recommend Pellon to anyone needing a new, reliable motor.

This is my third time dealing with Pellon Motor Group, I have never had a single issue or reason to moan. I had the check engine light come on the day after I bought the car, the dealer took the car back and rectified the issue same day. I first bought a Fiesta ST, my second was a Puma ST Line, this one was in a crash so I have replaced it with the same again. I would have to give them full mark for their unwavering commitment to providing a good service.

Overall, I am happy with Pilllon Motor Group. I bought a BMW 1 Series from them, the transaction was mostly done online and over the phone and I think that lost some of the personalisation which you normally get from buying a car. The car itself is a really lovely drive, took a little getting used to as I had a Jeep before which is obviously a lot higher. I have since noticed a little bit of paintwork which looked like it could have been done better, the service and car are really great though and It respect of the cost, it was brilliant value for money.

I came to Pellon wanting to stick to what I know, I have always had Ford Fiesta's for work and I know they are very reliable and well performing cars. So far, I have had no issues with it and I do drive it daily, The sales persons I dealt with in the dealership were exceptional and very helpful. I have already sent a few of my friends a link to the website as they have all asked where I got my car from. Pellon are quite brilliant and I couldn't have asked for any more.

I purchased a car through Pellon Motor Group, this was my first automatic car and unfortunately wasn't what I was expecting. I would like to start by saying the team at the dealership were spot on, the after sales care team have been spot on in discussing the trade in and offering a fair price to get this sorted for me. I live on the Isle of Man, so there are no motorways, dual carriage ways or anything of the sort, I have always had manuals and I think when I trade this in I'll have another manual from them. This is my second car from Pellon and I had a Puma before, I'm confident I'll get all my cars from Pellon in future.

Really happy with Tariq and the team at the dealership, They have been incredibly helpful throughout, offering quality advise and reassuring words to ensure I am comfortable. The car itself has been great, I am still learning more and more about it and love it as my first automatic, I am a minor problem with the air con needing to be re-gassed, the garage told me to go to my local, get this sorted and have since paid me in full. Very happy with the after sales car as well as the sales and quality of the cars.

The process to purchase my new Nissan Qashqai was very easy. The salesman Tariq was very friendly and helpful. I would rate the whole process a 9 out of 10, i would have rated my experience higher if the dealership spent more time with me explaining the features, the dealership was quite busy on the day and it felt a little rushed. I also had a couple of issues with the Air con and brakes, these are only small issues however overall I am very happy with everything and would happily return for my next car.

I have dealt with many dealerships and bought many cars over the years, I must say dealing with Pellon Motor Group has to be the easiest, quickest and most professional purchase I have ever had. I love my Nissan Juke, I have always liked them as they are essentially a pumped up town car which is perfect for me, this particular model has all the bells and whistles which I love and I am still finding new features everyday. I can't remember the name of the lady I dealt with however, she did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable in the sale and confident with the car. The purchase was largely done online and I have found usually this means it loses the person touch however, the team at Pellon did an excellent job and keeping the service personalized.., I will undoubtedly be back when the time comes that I need another car,
