I purchased a car through Pellon Motor Group, this was my first automatic car and unfortunately wasn't what I was expecting. I would like to start by saying the team at the dealership were spot on, the after sales care team have been spot on in discussing the trade in and offering a fair price to get this sorted for me. I live on the Isle of Man, so there are no motorways, dual carriage ways or anything of the sort, I have always had manuals and I think when I trade this in I'll have another manual from them. This is my second car from Pellon and I had a Puma before, I'm confident I'll get all my cars from Pellon in future.

Really happy with Tariq and the team at the dealership, They have been incredibly helpful throughout, offering quality advise and reassuring words to ensure I am comfortable. The car itself has been great, I am still learning more and more about it and love it as my first automatic, I am a minor problem with the air con needing to be re-gassed, the garage told me to go to my local, get this sorted and have since paid me in full. Very happy with the after sales car as well as the sales and quality of the cars.

The process to purchase my new Nissan Qashqai was very easy. The salesman Tariq was very friendly and helpful. I would rate the whole process a 9 out of 10, i would have rated my experience higher if the dealership spent more time with me explaining the features, the dealership was quite busy on the day and it felt a little rushed. I also had a couple of issues with the Air con and brakes, these are only small issues however overall I am very happy with everything and would happily return for my next car.

I have dealt with many dealerships and bought many cars over the years, I must say dealing with Pellon Motor Group has to be the easiest, quickest and most professional purchase I have ever had. I love my Nissan Juke, I have always liked them as they are essentially a pumped up town car which is perfect for me, this particular model has all the bells and whistles which I love and I am still finding new features everyday. I can't remember the name of the lady I dealt with however, she did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable in the sale and confident with the car. The purchase was largely done online and I have found usually this means it loses the person touch however, the team at Pellon did an excellent job and keeping the service personalized.., I will undoubtedly be back when the time comes that I need another car,

The Ford KA is running a dream! NO issues at all and very reliable and smooth. I loved the way I was dealt with, I was provided a very high level of customer service. The Ford Focus has been great so far. No issues, eveyrthing has been just as it should be. The guys on site were really good and absolutely smashed the sale. There was non of that pushiness and it was overall a great experience.
