Although I haven't driven my car yet because of insurance purposes, I would rate the dealership 5 stars. When I arrived at Pellon I felt I had a nice reception from the team. I'm waiting for my V5 to arrive but otherwise, no issues.

Brilliant experience very friendly great deal really happy with car

This is the second car I've had from Pellon Motor Group and other than not getting as much as I wanted for my part exchange, it all went great. The deal was done quickly, and the car was ready when I wanted it to be.

In the past I've had a lot of cars but I think this is one of the best ones I've had. I've been all over in my Golf and it's been a gooden, it hasn't had one issue. The service on the day was fine, there was no hard sell and it all went well. I would deffo buy a car from here again.

Good customer service, kept informed throughout the buying process

The car has been a dream to drive, and the service I received was fabulous from the salesman. I put a deposit down online on the Saturday, had a call and a FaceTime to get more information, and once I decided to go ahead, I had the car by Monday, meaning everything was sorted within 48 hours. I’m not local, so buying the car online felt like a bit of a gamble, but it definitely paid off as the car was great. I would buy from Pellon again.

My experience on the whole is a 5. Everything went well on the day of purchasing my Ford Fiesta. Other than having a few issues trying to figure out some of the car's features but I'm used to them now.

Thinking about my experience, there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my visit. The service was great, I was offered a test drive, and there weren't any delays. As a first-time customer, I'm happy.
