I've never been a massive fan of buying a car online, I like to go to the forecourts and look at them in the flesh. Due to the extortionate prices in Cornwall where I am, I had no choice but to look online and buy from further afield. I found exactly what I was looking for at Pellon Motor Group, a fantastic Ford Focus ST3. I had seen this exact model and spec local but it was 6 months older and £6000 more expensive, when I saw this one I knew I had to snap it up. I phoned up and spoke to an extremely helpful saleslady who ran through all the details, history and documents of the car. I loved what I heard and opted to have the car delivered to me over 350 miles away! The customer service was faultless from over the phone, email and the delivery. The car arrived exactly when they said it was going to and in a lovely condition, if anything better than it was advertised online, I am absolutely willing to deal with Pellon Motor Group and I happy to say it was worth the online buy.

My Ford Fiesta ST is clean and tidy and well looked after. The car was as described and for its; age, mileage and condition, it was a very good price! The customer service was perfect and I cant fault anything they did. This dealership comes with my recommendation for sure!

When my Merc was delivered to my door, it arrived in pristine condition. It looked absolutely perfect, the inside was all cleaned down for me by the driver, and it also came with a full tank of fuel which was the cherry on top. The process was very simple from start to finish, and was just like ordering a pair of trainers. Nothing was complicated at all, and the guys at Pellon couldn't have been more helpful. I am really impressed with their service, I didn't know buying a car could be so easy.

What a car! I am IN LOVE with my new Ford Focus! I can't put in to words how happy I am with it. It's absolutely fantastic! The performance, the body work, the interior, the sound.... everything. I am obsessed! I have added a louder exhaust to it, as well as upgrading the looks by adding a lowline kit, stickers, headlight brows etc. These few tweaks have made it the car of my dreams. It is personalised to me and looks absolutely wonderful. The 1h 30 min drive from Blackpool was definitely worth it, not only was I impressed with the car, I was also blown away by the level of customer service Pellon Motor Group has. They were all so friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible. I can't recommend this dealership enough, they have made me an extremely happy customer.
