The condition of my Ford Focus from Pellon Motor Group was perfect and I've had no problems what so ever, in fact the whole car is ace, I love it. When I went to collect the car it was already waiting for me and the handover was quick and helpful. Couldn't fault the garage one bit, 5 stars overall.

Love my new car Ford Focus, its perfect. Its bigger than I thought, so really spacious and a great all round car. Its lovely to drive and getting used to it has been fun, very modern and stylish inside. Thanks to Pellon for a great service whilst buying.

I had absolutely no trouble in buying my car from Pellon. I had been looking for about 3 months, I looked online for a while but decided to have a look in person. I nipped into Pellon and spotted the Renault Clio and fell in love with it. The salesmen there were a lovely set of people, all so warm and welcoming and could have a bit of banter with me too! I was buzzing when I left the dealership in my Clio and have been more than happy with it since!

My wife and I purchased our Renault Capture from Pellon about a month ago and we are very happy with it. We had the car delivered to us which was very convenient. It's mainly my wife that drives the car and she said she loves it so much, her only complaint is that the cup holders are in a different place to our old car.... nothing major!! The process of buying the car was really easy and we couldn't be happier with it.

Unfortunately on the first day of having the car I did break down. This was due to the car having a flat battery. However, Pellon Motor Group covered the cost of this and paid extra to compensate for my troubles too. They also provided me with free AA cover for one year at their cost. Despite this issue, I couldn't be happier with how the team have dealt with it. They were extremely kind and courteous about everything and were more than happy to get it sorted for me and they didnt once drag their heels. I would have to give them 5 stars as their customer service is excellent and the car is fantastic, its perfect for me and running really well now.
