I absolutely love my Renault Captur, it's become our daily driver for both me and my husband. We were taken care of by a young lad at the dealership, and he was simply fantastic—so lovely and willing to go above and beyond. I wouldn't change anything about how he handled the sale. I was disappointed that he wouldn't let me adopt his cat, though I can't blame him; it was beautiful! My previous car was a 2008 Vauxhall, so the Renault was a welcome upgrade. It's rare to find such good customer service these days where you can have a good laugh, but this young lad definitely delivered.

There's always room for improvement, but non the less I was very impressed with my visit to Pellon Motor Group. I can't remember the salesman name, but he was very patient while I was enquiring about the Ford Ranger I came down to see. There were no typical sales tactics and I was allowed to look around the car at my own leisure which was nice. A quick test drive later and I knew I'd be taking it home. Great company and I would happily recommend.

This will be the 3rd time I've bought a car from Pellon Motor Group, and the cars are always of the highest quality. I got 2 cars from here about 5 years ago and ended up part exchanging one in for my now Ford Fiesta. For the short time I've had it, the car has treated me well and I've put plenty of miles on it to make sure it was perfect. I've always felt very well looked after here and will continue to get my cars from here.

For my first time visiting this company, I don't think anything could have gone any better in my personal opinion. I travelled to see the Nissan Juke they had available and the team were amazing from the word go! There was no sort of pressure from anyone involved in the sale, which hasn't been the case at most dealerships I've been to, so I was happy about that. I asked plenty of questions on the day and not one of them got left unanswered. My car has been great for the week's I've had it and I can't complain at all.
