First class service. Sheila and her very efficient knowledgble assistant (husband) provided an exceptional service when I purchased a vehicle from them. There was no bile verbal talk from this company which I had experienced when visiting main dealers ( I now call them main stealers) !!!!!! You will not be disappointed if you use Pendale motors.

**** BEWARE **** Whole experience was a disaster from start to finish and honestly wished I had never met him or bought his cheap and nasty car. He didn't pay off the finance agreement on my part exchange until almost a month after the trade-in. I had to chase the finance company everyday to see whether he'd paid it or not. Then when I contacted the warranty company to make a claim they'd never heard of me. His response was that his wife had forgotten to submit my application. **** BEWARE ****

Please never buy a car from Pendale they have sold us a car that is not fix for use Iv only been able to drive the car a handful of times and Pendale will not fix it or give us our money back very very poor service UPDATE They paid for the above to be fixed after using our extra warranty that we paid out for. When all done and drove it away had it less than 12 hours when something which took over a week for them to do broke down again. So yet again rang them up and point blank wanted nothing to do with it said they had lost money in it if they fix it again we had had the car just over 3 weeks by this point.
