i got an 05 plate vauxhall astra from this dealer i had only had the car 3 weeks and the turbo seized , ok so he found me someone who was willing to fix the turbo under the warranty but what he failed to tell me was that i would have to pay the £230 up front to get my car back , or the garage would keep my car until payment from the warranty company , i live in manchester and had to take my car 30+ miles on 2 occasions costing me money in diesel plus the money i had to give someone to follow me to burnley to bring me home also i was left without a car for 5 days , all in all i would never get a car from this dealer again.

Dear Brian we were sorry to hear of your your issue with the turbo with your Astra but glad to hear that it was all covered & paid for by the warranty company. At the time we were in the process of changing our warranty provider and apologise for any inconvienience caused. Please note the warranties we are currently using & have been for the last 5 years are RAC Warranties. A well Known & trusted Brand . It has Nationwide Cover & the car can be taken to any VAT registered garage. Once a claim is authorised payment is made direct to the repairing garage.
