We called by chance to the Derby dealership. Our salesman was Tom Brown, he listened carefully to our requirements and was able recommend a car that had just arrived and was off site. Through out the appointment, Tom listened carefully to our requirements and was able to answer every question knowledgeably. Tom was never pushy just polite and helpful.

Having dealt with Pentagon in the past and leaving good review reflecting my positive attitude towards the excellent service I received, my opinion of the company has now changed. Two years on and I am still being spammed by them. On several occasions I have requested by telephone and email that this spamming should cease, yet it still continues. I have now resorted to auto deleting anything from Pentagon on receipt, but I can see from records that the spamming continues. Despite being delighted with the service I received from them, I would never dream of dealing with them again.
