Took to the main dealer to allegedly service my car "while you wait" They either let me take it back with an oil leak big enough to lose 2 litres in a 10 mile journey OR failed to put enough oil in! When I drove home my engine warning light came on, checked the oil level in the morning and called recovery The VW technician who came was horrified! No apology from the Pentagon Nottingham SEAT when I arrived with VW recovery service. After escalating to SEAT UK and being promised a call back, nothing. They also disconnected my dashcam and when picking up I witnessed an employee flooring cars from one side of the car park to the other. They didn't even wash my car after having it in to rectify the work. No report received on any potential damage to the engine. The hire car was atrocious being promised a drop off at my house, then collecting it from Nottingham, then from Chesterfield! All this making me lose an entire days work! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, because you might be walking home.
