Non existant warranty care - we have a suspected electrical fault on a brand new Vivaro - they have twice now refused to look at the fault unless we pay them a £120 diagnostic fee!!!! This vehicle is within its warranty period - we should not have to pay anything!!!! Reception staff lie & are totally unhelpful Be Warned: Do Not Buy Vehicles From This Company

Brought a used car 6 weeks ago after a week it had to be booked in initally as it had a rattle 2 weeks later we were informed it required a new gearbox and clutch. The car is a 21 plate! Now after almost another 3 weeks still not got our car back. Absolutely disgusted as all updates come from us chasing them. Staff really not helpful and just seem to think we have a courtesy car so at least we are mobile. We'll definitely not recommend or go back again!

bought my corsa 1.2 2020reg in the spring this year. Phoned the nottingham branch today as it has 2 faults. the stop/start does not work,i was told i would have to drive to dover before it would start working! whats the point in having it, i thought it was to help save on petrol around town. alsothe air conditioner comes on every time you start the engine, you have to remember to switch it off otherwise you are wasting petrol. was told it had to come on to help the oil around the engine, yet the handbook says turn it on once a month, who is telling the truth!

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! RIDICULOUS AND CARELESS AFTER SALE SERVICE. SERVICE PLANS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. PAID £250 OVER A YEAR AND THEY FORGOT TO CALL ME AND MAKE MY MOT WITH 3MONTHS DELAY. BEEN ASKED TO PAY £643.00 OF WHICH £343 FOR CHANGING FRONT BREAK PADS AND £300 STATED AS OTHER WORK???!! BEEN CHARGED £190 FROM MY SERVICE PLAN, actually no work been done on my car except vallet. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE IS POINTLESS. AVOID! BE AWARE!

Had an excellent experience at Pentagon Nottingham. They had a great combination of professionalism and down too earth customer service with no pushy sales techniques. Everything was clearly explained and when the car developed a small fault they arranged to have it fixed no trouble.
