I agree the service is crap here well it seems a little pointless writing this if this dealership is closed now, but i have waited a couple of months to get an acurate view, i bought a vivaro 2019 with 13000 miles on which was there runaround at the garage, i went up to view before i bought and the seats were filthy with pen stains, i was assured that it would have a full valet and service before it was delivered to me in Blackpool , when it was delivered it had a vac and that was its valet oh and a wash, there will stains on the seats and ink, i had to get the wet and dry out, and they only come up 90 per cent, the body , well the sills had 13000 of road grime on them, little things like this should be noted in a valet, these days they are not proper valeters, they dont have a clue, and to top it all after 4000 miles the top oil up light come on and it was low on oil, again, all this should have been checked, i should have just walked away when i went to view, and ford are more smoother than vivaros any day .
