I dealt with Mr Joe Hughes at Christchurch throughout the purchase of a 2008 , 48,000 mile Mercedes CLS. This was the first time that I had dealt with Penton Motor Group Bournemouth East, and I had a list of requests , which on hind-sight was probably better addressed to a Mercedes main dealer. Penton agreed to sort out all the outstanding service issues , and on collection of the car , these issues had been addressed or a means of resolving them found. We have only had the car for less than 24 hours , but bearing in mind this caveat , are very pleased with it. Dealing with Mr Hughes was a pleasure , and we wish him the very best. I recently traveled by train to Pentons from Yorkshire to view a jaguar XTyoe, On arrival at Christchurch station I was picked up by the receptionist and taken to the showroom, i spent most of the day there being looked after by Bradley and i have to say that nothing was too much trouble for them and they dealt with all my questions and quires without a moments hesitation. The car i bought was in outstanding condition and it drives and looks as you would expect from a classic model from a classic manufacturer All in all a great experience

This garage are refusing to give me back a £500 deposit after I went back to view the car in the dry after putting a holding deposit on the car in the wet. I realised in the dry the car paint work was terrible, the garage expect me to but the car anyway even tho they I’d only viewed it in the rain so it hid all the damage. Surprised a dealership like this is hiding things and trying to sell resprayed bodged cars
