He provided full details of the car and how the transaction would work. He was friendly and professional throughout and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. When I first came to Penton to look at cars, I talked to a couple of different colleagues about possible deals. Once I had found something that I thought may be suitable, the dealer recommended that I talked to Matt, as this was his specialist area. Matt took on my case very happily and was instantly able to answer all my questions, as well as explaining everything to me clearly. Unlike in other dealerships that I had approached during my research, I did not feel pressurised to make the order and Matt gave me plenty of time to think about it. Matt was very realistic about the different options I had and said how much each option would cost and whether it would be worthwhile in reality. Overall, the service I received from Matt has made me feel that when I am next looking for a car, I will be more likely to return to him rather than pursue other dealers.

I needed to replace my old car quickly and had been trawling the internet for a new or nearly new Peugeot 5008. I had spoken on the phone to many dealerships in the South of England without success but when I contacted Penton Salisbury they seemed to have exactly what I wanted. I visited the dealership on a Thursday and met Matt. He was absolutely correct....they did have a nearly new 5008 to the spec and age I had hoped for. I test drove that day, paid the deposit, went home and waited for a call. Matt pulled out all the stops and my car was ready to collect on the Saturday, fully checked, serviced and taxed. Brilliant service from all the team involved in Salisbury.

Do not use this garage. I have recently taken my vehicle here for a service (Sept 2022) and money was stolen out of my car during this time. The garage have accepted that this did happen, however stated that it was my fault for leaving the money as leaving personal property can be “tempting” to their employees. Absolutely abysmal customer service and would advise people look elsewhere where staff are not “tempted” to steal your property.
