Bought an 18 month old 508 SWPSE on 15th May. Car had dent and scratches on it when I went to pick up that day. 48 hours later electrical errors appeared and car was in 'limp' mode. Dealer picked it up from my home on 20th May saying everything would be fixed within 2 weeks. Between dealer and Peugeot UK they took over a week to give me feedback on what they thought the electrics issue was. Part needed to fix car (well so they say) is not in UK, earliest delivery will be early to mid July Peugeot UK are saying. No offer of compensation to cover the fact they have £40k of my money in their bank and I'm paying road tax and car insurance for a car I won't have for at least 2 months. Dealer offered yet more warranty, I've already paid for 2 extra years!!!! Shocking approach to customer service. Sales lead - young guy (Jack), seemed like a nice guy, think he said he was only 18/19 years old. Totally out of his depth in terms of knowing about the car, this is a flagship Peugeot car so think his manager and colleagues need to educate him more if they are going to put him in front of customers buying such a car. As I say, was a nice guy. First and last time I buy a Peugeot. I tracked this car / model for over 18 months before I decided to buy this one from Penton and the whole experience has been shocking.

My husband and I came in recently and purchased a 2022 MG. Dillon helped us out with everything and he was great! This was a very stress free experience. Dillon helped us out so much and let us know if we ever run into any issues to let him know.
After a rather terrible experience at another dealership, we turned to Penton MG and couldn't be happier with the service. In particular Dillon was a fantastic, he took the time with to go through and explain everything, ever patiencent with my Father and Grandfather during this process. The customer service has been faultless. As a result a brand new car was bought there an then. We would highly recommend!

We bought our Citroen C4 Spacetourer at Penton this month, April 2024. Our sales representative Dillon Tingzon was delightful. He was so polite, helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything we needed to know in detail. We had a short wait for our vehicle as there was a repair to be made to a rear light cluster but they did a great job. Dillon kept us informed every step of the way. We also found a problem with a wing mirror cover within a few days of getting it home. I contacted Dillon and he was straight on it. We had a new cover and it was painted with a few days. He called me to let me know it was on its way too. Thank you Dillon, you made buying a big purchase for us, very easy. You will go a long way at Citroen and you deserve nothing less.

Dillon Tingzon gave us excellent service with purchasing a new car. He explained everything clearly and reiterated anything that we needed clarifying. When handing over the car he went through the apps showing us how to use these. It really was a great experience and I have to say I am delighted with the car. All the staff at Pentons were extremely positive and helpful. Thank you..

Penton MG review - what a brilliant experience I’ve had purchasing a new MG ZS from Penton Feb 24. Dillon who supported me was excellent. The most polite and friendly person you will meet and is not ‘pushy’ in the slightest. I had endless amounts of questions and Dillon was able to advise and he worked really well with Ben the branch manager who is equally as supportive and helped me secure the best deal I could afford. Everything from the process with PCP, the test drive, part exchange, picking a number plate and collecting my new car was seamless. As for the car, I love it and all the features it has at an affordable price! 10 out of 10 customer service Dillon and Ben, thank you so much for making what can feel a stressful situation a much more enjoyable experience. Dillon, you are a credit to Penton 🙌🏻

Really patient, really friendly and honest car buying experience at MG Penton Salisbury, as we were having trouble deciding which car to buy. Can honestly say Thomson is a saint and was honest with each car we looked at. Brilliant customer service from him, I would go back and buy another car from this gentleman. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the aftercare with the car but through no fault of Thomson.
