From entering the showroom in Salisbury, to actually buying our new MGZS, it was made all the easier with the knowledge of Thomson Barrett, one of the salespersons. He gave us advice , told us how to get the best discounts and we have got a lovely new car one in my wife’s favourite colour. We were kept updated along the journey as well. Great experience. I recently moved to an electric car and bought an MG 4 from Pentons. Thomson, in the sales team, was very knowledgable about the Car and was very thorough in taking me through the vehicle and showing me all there features and controls make the transition from combustion to electric much easier. Very happy with my MG!

I bought a used Vauxhall combo. Salesman made 3 promises and reneged on all. I had to chase him. Car delivered, they had washed outside but no internal valet. I find used milk carton in one locker and previous owners personal details and Barclaycard credit card details in another locker. Car waits 2-3 seconds before accelerating sales mgr said "A Vauxhall thing" No tax (proof of) police advised do not drive. Low on fuel, front washers faulty, build quality issue. Returned 3 times one year on still got accelerating issue and BQ issue. All along Pentons will not take ownership of this debacle.

Bought a Citroen Berlingo from Matt and very pleased with it. Matt was really helpful at showing us around the available cars and was not pushy at all. Even when a fault was encountered a week after purchase, Matt went above and beyond what we were expecting by arranging for the car to be collected from 170 miles away, along with dropping off a Peugot 2008 courtesy car, and then returning the car the same distance after repair. Excellent service.
The whole experience from looking for the right car, to the appointment of applying for a new car, and picking up the car was fantastic. It was easy and straight forward, with the help of Mr Matt Notley, who made sure we went through everything, and that I understood the whole process. There was no time limit either, and there was no rushing the application form, or myself .I could even ring up at any time, if I needed any Questions answered, I would go back again when choosing me next car.
