Having had a long running negative and exasperating experience with another Motability supplier, meeting up with Matt Notley at Penton was both refreshing and reassuring. He treated us with courtesy, listened to what we needed and calmly advised what he felt would be a good fit for us. He kept his word about everything he undertook to do, in fact gave us the delight factor by telling us that our vehicle had arrived well before expected. Matt has excellent teaching skills, calm and knowledgeable, he imparted his knowledge quietly and did not rush any part of it. Matt has a professional yet caring approach, we would certainly do business with him again.

Went to MG Penton in Salisbury, ended up coming away with x2 brand new 2023 MG HS Trophy’s. The cars look amazing and drive beautifully! Our salesman was Thomson Barrett.. he was fantastic! A very unique salesman. If it wasn’t for him then we wouldn’t of got the cars. Very informative and knows what he’s talking about.

After initially looking to buy a pre owned car with Penton we then opted to go for the new option. The input from Thomson was really professional and his knowledge very much appreciated. Pentons are a great garage. They are always welcoming and friendly and you never feel pressurised. You get a great service from the minute you buy a car to all the after care services. Would not go anywhere else!! Salesman Matt was so helpful with the purchase of my C3 and have dealt with him for the past few years.
I have just bought a new car from Penton MG. This is my first electric vehicle so I had lots of questions before taking the plunge. Thomson Barrett nursed me through the process with patience and good humour. None of the other dealers' salespeople gave anything like the care and attention! Thomson's product knowledge was great but anything he didn't know he found out and let me know very quickly. He worked to understand my needs, wasn't pushy and took care of the couple of new car 'glitches' swiftly and efficiently.
