Bought a C2 Vts from Ceri and the car wouldn't start the next day? They took it back and basically fobbed me off for 3 months. Lying to me, saying it was with the mechanic but it was actually parked outside Ceri's house. I had to get very forceful to get the car back, (I told him that if I don't get the car then I WILL leave with something of the same value). I took the car to a very good local repair garage and they told me loads of stories of the garage and also told me that the cars ECU's circuit board had been soldered. Which it never should have been! As well as many other issues. Avoid, avoid, avoid! You've been warned!

just wanted to say we enquired to the company, about a van for sale, when we enquired ceri told us it had been sold. he told us he had another coming through and if we left a deposit we be guaranteed same as the vehicle advertised, condition as close to and if when ready, we didn't want he return our deposit. week, or so went by, hadn't heard from him when we called he said van just returned from paint shop rectification, we called to let him know we couldn't wait much longer and we had to purchased a van from others. and we asked for deposit returned. which just wanted to say .we had full refund. and given previous reviews from others on website. we found dealing with ceri , straight forward and wanted to say i deal again with his company. thanks again. kind regards steven

I have bought my last 2 cars from Ceri and the whole team are so helpful. Nigel who took me for a test drive was a lovely polite person too. I can’t fault the sales or after sales service unlike some other garages locally! Would highly recommend Penybanc Car Centre!

well where do I start....I will start by saying avoid ceri and these bunch of cowboys like your life depended on it. No transparency when it came to telling us we had to tax the car ourselves when leaving the forecourt, ceri thought it would be a bright idea to leave until last minute to say we needed to find a post office to tax the car and risk a police stop. Ceri also left it until the last minute to inform us he didnt have a log book for the vehicle. I was warned by many not to use these cowboys but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. how wrong was I on the contrary I'm glad I purchased the vehicle outright to avoid dealing with these again.

I can not rate Kerry and the team enough. Good deal on my part exchange, good communication sorted the tax and registered the new keeper details etc Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend this company. Also a good selection of cars to choose from. One very happy customer!

My daughter purchased a car from them 6.000 wasted and spent hundreds on it ever since no manual and faults to numerous to mention and having been back 3 times nothing rectified Today we found out it has a Rolls Royce battery, She has spent hundreds on this car. I think it had been in and accident and should of been written off in my opinion. When she has rang they say oh bla bla is on holiday ring again in two weeks. Have given up now. Avoid Penybanc Car Centre.

Took delivery of used Range Rover Evoque Today. I have worked in the motor trade for many years. Ceri the salesman at Penny anc couldn’t have more helpful and polite. I also met the business owner they guys down here are complete gentleman. The cars are competitively priced but are still willing to do all they can to deliver an affordable deal. Top draw I would highly recommend a purchase from Pennybanc Car Centre!

I spoke to Penybanc Car Centre at 09.10 on Sunday morning to confirm the vehicle was still available. I was assured the car would not be sold as i was drain get 3 hours to view and buy. According to Richard the owner 'he would never do that, as it was his word'. I was telephoned at 13.38 when i had already reached Cardiff to be sold they had sold the vehicle. Disgusting! I bought a car from them. Fairly soon the engine light came on. they told me to ignore it but I had to have a timing belt fitted. They weren't interested when I rang. Soon after the rear end collapsed and I had to sell it for scrap. Initially when I viewed they said lots of other people were ringing and if I wanted it I had to move fast. Now thinking back they clearly knew the issues with my vehicle. I will never go back.
