Hi everyone just want everybody to know my experience at this place I bought a brand new ford focus in August 2019 and got told by a friend that the service staff don't service the car properly so I marked the oil filter and when I got my car back the oil was still black and the same oil filter was still on and when I went to the dealership to complain the counter staff was very disrespectful and didn't want to known then some big guy come over and told me to leave so I told them I will never buy a another car from peoples Bootle ever again and have since sold my ford focus and bought a Audi Q2 and got better treated in Liverpool Audi

Just picked up my new car which I am absolutely delighted with , have dealt with Adrian Stanley for a number of years, his excellent service, knowledge and communication is outstanding, which is why I continue to deal with fords , he kept me informed every step of the way and with his friendly manner nothing was any trouble and under the circumstances regarding social distancing he was very professional, would highly recommend fords to any of my family and friends .

Adrian, one of the Ford People's salesmen was very knowledgeable. Super fast service, rushed the valeters so the car was ready within 48hrs. Great part X deal on our old car. Helped us to set up our phones with our new Puma Bluetooth. Took the time to notify us about the Ford pass app. Very useful tool. Adrian was easy to chat with and searched for our needs as we needed automatic transmission. He had the actual vehicle brought over so we could view it. 5 star service. 👍

My van went in to peoples ford in Bootle to have a recall software update performed due to an ongoing issue with oil dilution. I made it very clear to them that as part of this recall they also needed to change the oil as the oil level was much higher than it should be and therefore the oil was heavily contaminated with diesel. I was promised the oil would be changed. I have since found out that all peoples bootle did was perform the software update and remove some oil to set the level back to normal. Hence leaving my new vehicle with diluted oil and lying to me in the process. The oil dilution issue has since re-appeared with my engine cutting out completely whilst on the road, so they were also incapable of remedying the issue. All Carl the service manager and his staff want to do is argue with me now instead of helping to solve the issue and do what obviously needed to be done in the first place. Horrendous customer service. Avoid like the plague.

After sales service non existent unless you’ve bought a new car . Sick of being fobbed of by ford

Took my Ford Focus into Peoples Ford in Bootle with a small coolant leak. Picked it up yesterday I drove it for the first time since picking it up from ford and the coolant is now pouring out more than it was before I took it in. I have no idea what they have supposed to have fixed or why they have charged me £60 for a small pipe that hasn’t made the slightest bit of different to the problem if anything they have made it worse.

I bought a used car from people's ford bootle .salesman Dean Howard was pleasant and efficient from the onset.a small problem acurd after sale but dean went the extra mile to resolve this ,top marks .
