I have not had a pleasant experience with Perrys Blackburn. I have been due for a refund of £100 and I keep getting told one story to the other. I have been told that it has been passed to finance and then passed to manager and then passed to senior management team and I have not received the refund since July I started emailing. Please issue my refund ASAP.
Tried to book a car in for a warning light at Perrys Nissan in Blackburn and service took ages to answer phone after 10 mins told someone would ring back as there was no one available 4 hours later someone called by then I had booked it at a Peugeot dealer in Preston who were very efficient robins and day .

Where do I start. The Manager Haydn I cannot fault or there Service/Parts department. Bought my second Car from them 13 days ago. The first Salesperson who i wont name, I found him pushy and he would talk over me. In the end I had to lie to get out of the showroom, I do suffer with a mental health disability, so I do get easily distressed and usually its easy for people to talk me into anything. With the help of my Husband we was able to leave as this salesperson kept going on that he had printed the paperwork to do the deal with my Car as Part X. He became funny as soon as I said i want to go away and think about it whilst still being pressured to leave a £250 deposit. In the end as nothing was getting through to him, I send where is the nearest cash machine so i can draw it out. He said use my card. I said i dont trust card machines had bad experience! God if looks could kill, he got worse with his attitude. Anyway we left and he was expecting us back because I find saying no quite hard with having mental health. It was good to finally get home after a few hours of ear bashing from that salesman. I emailed the manager Haydn explained the situation, he said that saleman is his best sales person but apologiesed if thats how it felt. Haydn went on to say that if I come back he will let the New Guy who had only been with them for a few weeks help me. So came back day 2. Lovely lad but maybe he talked a bit too honestly and openly about his work colleagues. Although he was not Proffesional, he came accross as honest, & I could believe what he was saying.. like laughing about problem customers when they leave and agreeing that the previous salesman is as i described. Anyway I ended up with the same car as what i was being talked into the day b4... Told the new salesman all the way through i never felt happy. He said they dont take too kindly if they have to change the Paperwork if i changed Cars. So i felt so pressured. Anyway i signed so much stuff, all very overwhelming a lot of it were copies of the same stuff or what looked like the same paperwork i was signing. I got 3k for my Car that i had bought off them last year. Gave £250 cash deposit. And agreed to do a bank transfer of the balance by end of play and there enf of month deadline Monday 31st October. End of the day I am not denying they are owed the balance but this is what happened. 26th sept my mothet passed away age 59, about 1wk later i tried taking my life. Anyway My mental health team who are always in my life said we need to plan some positive things.. one was for Halloween, 1 a new car as im due inheritance that has been delayed and the other xmas. Halloween 31st Oct. Literally i had every reason to do the bank transfer to perrys. But by time i had bought a ton of stuff from poundland to dress the window up and a ton of sweets etc etc. Over the next few days i went back to perrys as a couple of problems that i had not been sorted prio to me leaving with the new car on Tuesday 1st November, even when i collected the Car i had just completely forgot about the final payment and on my further 2 trips to the showroom to collect car mats that were promised then another trip because the clutch was making noises. Bearing in mind each time its a 50 minute drive each time i have to drive to Perrys Blackburn so was not impressed. Over the coming days MOT cert and other paperwork that should of been given to me the day i left with the car all arrived innthe post over a few days. I had even had an email out the blue from the Manager apologising for his new salesmans lack of proffessionlsm.. as he had noticed me in the showroom 1 day after purchase. Anyway 7 days later i assumed part of my inheritance had been paid so i paid off a loan a took out with Ratesetter for the car. Still not thinking anything about owing perrys anything. 2 days later I get left a Voicemail saying I owe the final payment still on my car? Anyway i emailed the manager Haydn then phoned in but was told the manager was off all that week and would be back this week. I was bombarded with calls so had to switch my phone to divert and switch my voicamail off as I could not cope... i was trying to work out 1 how will i get the money back from the loan company and 2 how the hell did i forget something this important. Inbetween all that I ended up in a massive string of emails with a bloke called Chris who i think is maybe assistant manager but not 100%. For me the amount of distress it caused me as he told me a manager always checks everything has been paid b4 anyone leaves with a Car and he blamed the salesman and him being new. He kept contradicting a lot. But ultimatly only cared about the final payment. No sorry to me or anything. My mental health over the last week or so has been bad without going into it all as who cares right? They just want there money! I agreed after realising how it all came about from Halloween. I just genuinly forgot end of. But Chris had also said a Manager always checks b4 any car leaves that everything has been paid. Plus i had made 2 further visits to Perrys after purchase date. So its not like i even remembered that i still owed them. Today i sent the manager a long email explaining that i have basically made 7 loan applications all in 1 night and have been declined everyone. Having mental health makes me not as with things as most othere and i do very spontanious things and had no idea that the more i applied for the more desperate it looks to loan companies... so my credit rating has taken a huge plummet. I did inform this Chris guy from the start that I can raise 2k off my Credit cards but have no idea where il get the remainding £950 from. No idea where to turn. Feel like topping myself. I just cant cope. Like i said im not denying i owe them end of.

Horrendous experience with Nissan. I was promised my used car would be ready for collection as they had my car for 4 days. When I collected and drove to work first day, discovered severe noise under bonnet, steering pulling to one side, battery issues, squeaking from steering column and other issues. When I spoke to them I was told that the parts were not in stock. The battery had to be authorised by Nissan. Dont be fooled by the CARE4 product they offer as no one could possibly look over the car with the issues I had. Spoke with nissan GB who told me perrys will not return calls. I will leave it to you.
The car has been back to Perrys a couple of times with a few issues but credit to the dealership the customer care has been excellent. They picked the car up from my work and left me a like for like car in the meantime, they kept in touch during the repairs and when they dropped it back off to me it had a full tank of petrol and they had cleaned it as well.
