Do not trust Perrys off Sittingbourne with finance or you get bad credit score These Clowns at Sittingbourne Vauxhall don't know when they paid off you're finance or not if it gets returned to them from the salesman Dean Burroughs or the so called Manager Neil Camber it took 6 weeks to sort out my settlement with my finance company all because they did not put reference number on payment took 4 attempts for them too finally getting right I get missed payment on my credit score due too them My final call from Manager Neil Camber how rude was that making out he had no phone signal like tapping on phone you know it that old fashion hello hello any one there what can I say he biggest Clown thank God they don't actually make the cars
AVOID THIS COMPANY... I would give less than zero stars if I could. Bought a car on 25 November, sale person lied to me that the beeping sound was a normal way the car regulates its engine. by 24th December started getting message " Engine failure seek assistance". when taken for repair under perry's warranty. the mechanics were instructed to use the cheapest material and repair was done towards the end of warranty. Car was back again in garage within a month. Now that three months warranty has expired, I now need to pay for the repair of another fault at £1983.00. So far i have lost about £5000 due to the faults with this car. What Perrys are offering is that I pay for the repairs and then return to them to exchange for another car. This is what Perrys Sittingbourne told me on buying the car "Comprehensive mechanical checks".
