My advice is leave well alone after sales service is farcical and your worst nightmare I acquired an Audi A5 broke down within a couple of days had the AA out twice had to buy a new battery cost 250 pounds they refused to pay for it then another fault not fixed in a four day wait needed my car back still not repaired car was driven about by so called engineers taken back to joke dealership three times my wife really fed up with giving me lifts and this is within three weeks of dealing with this joke firm .still not fixed.

At first you are asked after and after again to give them a 5 star review before leaving. Nothing but problems with the car and every time you try to message, call or email about a problem they ignore and give no help at all, very rude a disrespectful staff.

Was looking for a small, reliable car and found exactly what I was looking for. The package I have got with my car is really good and I feel sure if so do encounter issues, they will be dealt with properly. The sales team were very professional and our personal sales executive, Josh was calm, not pushy and caring for our requirements. I have now been the proud owner of “Fi Fi” my Fiat 500 for a week and so far love her to bits.

Well I have had my car two and a half years, nothing but trouble with it and it now looks like I have to scrap it. The engine has packed up and it will be in the region of £2000 to put right. The worst part is I’ve not even finished paying for it until November then I was due to change it. I do blame the garage because the thing as been nothing but trouble.
