Very Disappointing experience with Pete Smith Coleford.. £26k Range Rover Vogue Initially all went well, as the car was brought without seeing it, as I lived in Dorset. On arrival i found that the car was not valeted well (stains on the leather, and dirt on the floor). I found that the rear window rubbers were deteriorated. they said that hey had some in stock, but when asked, the mechanic said he was too busy to fit them. I was told to take them away and fit them myself!!... The car developed faults over the first two days, and these were reported (fault with Air Con, metal rubbing noise, holding back at 70, and steering shaking). I was initially told that the noise was incorrect when they test drove it, but because they couldn't quickly resolve the issue, all of a sudden it was a normal engine noise?.. I would have to live with the Air Con as it was intermittent. With 40k miles I would not expect there to be a hole in the RR drivers mat, and such wear to the drivers seat. I would certainly not use them again.

i recently purchased a Jag from Rikki at Pete Smith Coleford. Very pleased with the car, definitely a classic. However, I did not try the air con for a few days so did not know it did not work. Once I knew, I contacted the dealership and without hesitation they offered to repair it. The service from start to finish was very professional and has restored my faith in the car industry. I will return for my next car and would not hesitate to recommend Pete Smith!

Unhelpful when problems occurred , promised the earth but nothing done would not recommend Done for speeding in car while it was in for repair Car was bought back by finance company £ 4500.00 bill to repair.
