I bought a renault clio from them. Right from the first day i had the following problems... Engine vibratios were very high and there was water in the footwells. I took the car back and they fixed the engine vibrations and told me they fixed the roof leak issue. I also paid extra for a 6month auto protect waarranty. A few days later the engine started cutting out. I took it to my garage and they had to call out a renault technician to fix an electrical issue. Auto protect refused to pay for the fix. Theyre reason was 'No part was replaced and electrical faults are not covere.' so i had to foot the 100 pound bill. The sunroof started leaking again causing water to build up in the footwells leading me to believe that the dealer never fixed the problem but just dried the car footwells and gave me the car. Again Autoprotect were useless as sunroofs are not covered!!! All in all a rotten experience and I wont be buying a car from them again or recommend them to anyone. Autoprotect are pretty useless too so dont bother buying a car thinking that Autoprotect will cover you for the unplanned for.

Bought the car from Peter Ashton Car Sales and was told was a mechanically sound. Immediately on the motorway when purchased, the abs light came on. Then the next day found that there was no back light or reverse light and it crunched when turning corners. Called the next day and couldn't fit me in till the week after fix. Booked it in only to torn up on the day for them to tell me it's not booked in. They took a whole day to fit me in and fix one of the issues but told me it had all been fixed! Now I have to pay to get the lights and look to get the screaming altinator belt sorted (forgot to mention earlier) They lie to you and tell you everything is fine and when you find it isn't they mess you about and do quick fixes to get rid of you. Do not touch them. They are dishonest and don't fix the issues when you highlight them.
