Wish there was a minus! I ordered a new car through the Portsmouth branch of this company. I received video updates informing me of initially the build date of the car. Subsequently I received a video update that the car was built and was being shipped, with an update due in 3-4 weeks. Then silence no response to requests by both E-mail and phone to be updated. Six weeks passed and I was then informed, get this! The car was not even due to be built for another 3months????? The explanation I was given, by the manager, was that I had been lied to!! ( his words) and basically I could either WAIT or cancel!! Wasted five months waiting for the car, wasted my time and energy visiting and contacting the branch and all I received was sorry you were lied to!! If you want a new Volkswagen I would highly recommend you visit any other dealer other than Portsmouth Peter Cooper. I am sure you would be treated more respectfully and professionally.

Just bought a car from them. And waiting and waiting to collect to car. I have to ring them 10 times a day to just a get update. Every phone call they said they gonna call as back but never ever. Then just want to take your money. And giving you a shit service ever

Shocking customer service. Refused to allow to test drive after confirming I may be looking to lease. Just because it wasn’t PCP the sales person refused to allow the test drive having travelled from Chichester at a cost of fuel to myself and disclosing that I wasn’t sure if I was going to lease or finance in advance. Made to feel awkward in the showroom.

I had thought the days of bullish men behind service desks and talking over the top of customers had gone....sadly not here at Peter Coopers Portsmouth. A member of staff here out done himself as a rude, arrogant bull of an excuse for a service advisor. Worst service ever.
