One of the worst customer service I have experienced. The sales person did not bother to tell me to sit down, he tried hard to be negative about every inquiry I have had. Will not be buying a car from there!
Had to hire a car whilst mine was being repaired. Cannot fault Steve Jones enough for his brilliant customer service. Found the whole team to be super friendly, extremely helpful and completely professional in these difficult times. Well done guys!

Overpriced service costs, shocking customer service. Courtesy car that driven out of the garage that needs petrol instantly as there is only 5 miles remaining on the warning light. No one seems to care and no managers to be seen. Avoid at all costs. Car not cleaned after service as it was 'raining'!

They charge more than everyone else and the after sales service is shockingly bad. They can take days of delays to give your car back to you. Cant believe business like this can survive in today's world.
I was already fairly sure what car I wanted to buy but needed to test drive, pick up a brochure and check out detail. I was treated like a nuisance from the moment I had to interrupt an interminable cosy chat amongst 2 salesmen to get any assistance - and it went downhill from there. Clearly they do not expect to work for a sale and offered a very poor deal. I bought a Tiguan but not from Peter Cooper Southampton.
