I was very unhappy with the service at carz in glasgow today. Went into the reception was seen by young lady who took my details passed me on to the service department. Got to the service department no one wanted to bother with me as there are all on the mobile phone ask for a number to their service team and was told to go outside and look 😡😡😡
Reserved a car online on Thursday, as advised to do having visited the Hillington Store. Couldn't see the car as it was in for sales preparation. Tried phoning on Monday to find out when we could see and test drive the car only to be told it had been sold..... Can't give no stars but I don't know if the car was either clean or as described
I have used their site, paid £49 to reserve car I liked, it was extremely challenging to register and pay (spent about an hour to register). I have emailed before car reservation, didn't get any response. Tried to contact them after reservation managed to get to sale person in two days, and guess what, I said my car was sold day before I reserved it!!! And that I will get refund in 5 days, 10 days after I didn't get refund!!!

Purchased my car from Peter Vardy Carz, Hillington, on 5/7/21. By the time we reached home in Ayrshire, the engine management light came on. We contacted Peter Vardy, and after going from pillar to post, eventually managed to speak to someone who said we could take it to our local garage to get it repaired. The car was diagnosed with 5 faults. They were cleared and after 1 hours driving, the engine management light came back on. The problem was sorted by my local garage who was told by Peter Vardy, he would be paid by BACS. He could not contact the person that was dealing with or claim as she was either “unavailable” or “on holiday” I paid him direct and then contacted Peter Vardy for payment. I was told that I had not followed the “correct procedure” that was explained in my [£359] Extended Warranty, [I am still waiting for the warranty documents] and that they would not pay for the work carried out. I am now £755 out of pocket.

I am just exhausted with the staff and over all experience at Peter Vardy in general but particularly the staff at hillington car store! I was sold the dream of a wonderful amazing car, with extra warranty and everything I need Don fixed. I GOT NONE OF THAT! What I have received is a car in not great condition requiring a lot of work that has taken me MONTHS to get them round to fixing. I have had the car for almost a year now and it has barely been out of the garage! I now have found out that the wonderful extended warranty I was promised has been a scam! I have tried profusely to get in contact with ANYONE from Peter Vardy let alone the completely unreachable, unhelpful and down right rude staff at the car store to help me sort it and I just pushed from pillar to post. It is so bad that I cry thinking about having to call them and get anything done! If I can give you any piece of advice I would be no matter how good the deal seems, no matter how much they sell you the dream...DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THEM! It is NOT worth the hassle down the line!

Basically, waited 4 weeks for the car never ready always something wrong. Nobody would answer the phone. Decided to cancel and then received a phone call. Told would get my reservation fee back. Which I never and the car was still advised online £4000 lower than my price!!!
I bought the Vauxhall mokka 2 weeks before from Peter vardy hillington branch , NU64 VKF, I told them regarding air condition fault they told we fill the gas and there will be no problem , after 2 days ac stop working , I go to peter vardy motherwell which is near to my house last Wednesday on 9th jun , last 7 days my car is there I visit them today they told that they are still waiting approval from Hellington branch , The truth is that hillington branch sold me faulty car , either they give approval to Peter vardy Motherwell or give me alternative car till my car fix , if fault can’t fix I can return their car and they will give back my money or any other car in same price range they have if I like .

Awful time consuming customer service... selling cars that aren't road wortthy. Wait forever for repairs to be done. DO NOT WASTE YOURE HARD EARNED CASH HERE! Checks werent done... 6 visits to repair. Now on 7th. And not once has car been cleaned by them!

cant get a hold of anyone to speak to. supposed to call me back, still waiting. dont know how this place manages to survive as a business. ended up cancelling deal for car as I was disgusted at the way I was treated.
Absolutely shocking service .I have never experienced such poor service from a car dealer in my life .Told to be at the branch for 1.30pm .By 2.45 I was still not attended to other than to be shown to a seating area.At this point I walked out and told the girl at the front door I was now leaving and not prepared to wait any longer .The manager then came running across the forecourt to get me to return to the premises and told me he would get me my car in two minutes .waited a further 10 min and he returned and told me my car wasn't ready .They the offered to drive me home which I took this offer and I am home with no car .Mind blowing .
