Initially I had planned to view a different car however, the Jaguar on the forecourt caught my eye straight away. The sales team looked after me from the minute I arrived, the service was great, it ensured a stress-free sale. They happily answered all my queries regarding the Jag, I knew everything I needed to and it made my decision to get it even easier. This is the first time for me visiting Phantom and I think from now on I will be certainly explore their car stock before looking elsewhere.

Nice car overall, initially had a few problems and I bought the car at distance. Phantom agreed for me to get the jobs done locally for convenience and they would be happy to cover the bill. I was pleasantly surprised to see the funds transferred within the hour of emailing the receipt, they stuck to their word, and have set the bar high for the level of service and care given when buying a car. I don’t think there is anything further they could have done for me. Thank you for a first-class service.

I felt the team really looked after me, they were helpful, friendly and gave me great advice. They made sure they updated me with the progress right up until delivery of the car. The condition of the car was perfect and was exactly as described, if not better than described 😊. My friends have already started looking at your cars after seeing how spotless mine was. Very happy with the car and company and I wouldn't mind shopping here again.

Picked up my new car today, with all negotiations and dealings undertaken remotely! seemless organisation and dealings, excellent communication and great price (I think I looked at every car on Autotrader) for a great car! Their showroom, stock and presentation of prestige vehicles is incredible! Jamie and Kevin couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend and will no doubt purchase from Phantom again!

I recently bought a BMW X5 and a Range Rover Evoque from Phantom and both cars are amazing, Both cars were exactly as advertised, totally honest and up front about history.
