I really can't fault the guys at Phantom Motor Company, they did everything they could to get the right car at the right price. The Golf I bought is perfect for what I need it for. They said they would valet the car ready for picking it up, it was clean, tidy and exactly as described, I cannot fault the car or the service at all. The whole process was easy, straightforward and really smooth, there was no delays and I was kept updated through-out. Ill be back to Phantom when I'm in the market for a new car, no hesitation in recommending to others.

The service was incredible, he went above and beyond for us, he was helpful, friendly and very professional, couldn't have asked for anything more when buying the Range Rover. The car is fabulous, can't fault it at all, running perfect, looks great. The service Lee provided at the point of sale was fantastic, helpful and quick. The reason I haven't given 5* is due to the delay on my part ex in sending the details back over to the DVLA. Other than that the service was fine and I would still recommend and use again.
