Great service until something goes wrong, This is supposed be be a prestige car dealership. The sold me a bmw 530 GT in January and when I took the car for a service I was told that the rear wheel had been welded up four times and was leaking air and was too dangerous to drive. This should of been picked up on In the inspection carried out before delivery. This was three weeks ago and I’ve had nothing but lies and being fobbed off. They don’t return calls they promise to make. I have a disabled wife and I’ve been left over the Christmas holidays with no car as it doesn’t have a spare wheel. The only honest and decent member of staff is Kay in sales who has on numerous occasions tried to get someone to call me but the sales managers are not interested after they’ve had the money . I would avoid Phantom Motor Company at all costs. I guess it’s a trading standards issue now, beware

Cannot thank Phantom Motor Company enough. This is my second purchase in 3 years from them. The service was second to none. Cole the director even saw to me personally. They made me feel so welcome, sorted all my finance within 1hr and I drove away the same day. I have honestly never seen a showroom with so many high end cars. Bought a Mercedes S500 from Phantom Motor Company on 2nd October 2019 can't thank them enough best car and customer service I have ever had. It had full service history and I took it to the garage that has done all the services since new for its B service which is the main service when they check everything on the car . They said everything was perfect and didn't need anything doing apart from the normal oil change Thank again Phantom Motor Company

Phantom Motor Company are very efficient until you have paid your money, then the trouble starts! False information in description, fabricated service history, multi point check in workshop but mechanical faults and no oil in engine before I even got home! Never answer emails, telephone calls a lottery and I'm sure they all have made up names as no two calls are ever to the same person. Have some nice cars, some are not so nice but they shine them up and sell them anyway. Long story short car returned for refund within 3 weeks after lies, lies and personal insults from the director (Chris). Do yourself a favour and go to Alexanders at Boroughbridge. Much better throughout

Hello Mr Cole Hibbert (Director) at Phantom Motor Company. We left our Land Rover for repair on 12/7 and at the very beginning we informed Your staff that on Friday 19/7 we must have a car back because we have a ferry from England to the Holland and we drive it to the Poland. Every day we have called several times about any information about our car and nobody gave us a specific answer! On Wednesday the 17th your mechanic said that you will have to send the car to the land rover service because you can’t fix the fault, but car was sent to Land Rover in Bolton on Thursday evening !!! We asked for contact with the general manager and nobody even called us back! We got a staggering auto replacement !!! We are very dissatisfied with the service and we want to talk after coming back from Poland with the main manager !!!! You destroyed our holiday because we had everything planned for this car !!!

Called Phantom Motor Company prior to see if the car was still available, test drived it, and got it the very moment it was available without hesitation.
