Solid four stars for Gary and the guys at Phantom Motor Company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dealt with phantom on the 11/1/25 after finding an advert on auto trader, The vehicle price was very competitive and in great condition plus described as advertised. To say the car showroom was full of high value supercars i was treat the same as any other playing customers even though i was only purchasing a van through them which is probably pennies compared. this really stood out to me and shows the respect and dedication they all hold for the job. Kevin was fantastic straight to the point whilst still being very transparent. Having had a previously bad experience with a different company Kevin was great at putting my mind at ease and allowed extra time to explain things in full.

I came across these guys while browsing Auto Trader, and everything about the car and service has met my expectations. The Range Rover Sport has been great so far, and Lewis ensured the process was seamless.

I have just purchased a terrific spec Toyota Rav 4 Dynamic - the car is totally stunning and was beautifully prepared and presented. Living over 4 hours away - right down south I was a little concerned of a long distance purchase, but I need not have worried. Kevin was extremely helpful in the whole process and kindly sent me a close up video and description, which was spot on. Both Kevin and Chelsea who concluded the purchase gave excellent service and the whole process was very pleasant and easy process - I would certainly be happy to purchase another car from Phantom Motors in the future.

Owning an Aston Martin Vantage has been my dream since childhood, so I’m absolutely thrilled to finally have one. I’m actually in Portugal with it right now, and the drive over was incredible. I make sure to use it as much as possible and typically take it out 3-4 days a week—I don’t believe in buying a car like this just to let it sit in a garage. Amir and the team at Phantom Motor Company were fantastic. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and I have to say, the day trip my 4yr old son & I took to collect it was absolutely worth it. The dealership's very good in my opinion.

Phantom were spot on. The staff treated us well & were nice blokes.

I can't really fault the service or the car or the communication. There were some minor things to sort out post sale that were very tiny in the grand scheme of things and I felt I was supported there as well.

I've had loads of Land Rovers in the past but this is my first Discovery. We've driven about 1200 miles in it so far and all's absolutely fine - No issues to report. I've dealt with the guys at Phantom Motor Company before in the past, and the service was as good as I remembered.

Rob at Phantom Motor Co was great - Friendly, informative and not too pushy. I'd definitely shop here again in future and am really pleased with my Mercedes EQC.
