Jon has been brilliant to deal with while I was at Phantom Motor Company. I had an issue at the start with my spare key not working and although it hasn't fixed the fault, his help was appreciated. I just need to get back in touch to follow up on this. Otherwise the car has been going well and I'm really enjoying the RR.

Very happy with my experience with this dealership. Me and my partner come to view the Volvo XC50 they had after seeing it online. This is when we were met with Jon, who's communication throughout was brilliant. We always knew where we stood with the car and I've had no complaints.

Since owning my Audi I did have to take it back to Phantom as it developed a fault but the team were really helpful at getting the car back, looked at and repaired with no pushback. Since having the repair done the car has been great and I'm really impressed with the service.

We are really enjoying our Audi Q5 from Phantom Motor Company. It's a nice car, and you can tell its been well looked after. Chelsea was good; she was great to deal with throughout the process. The only downside is we were promised someone to pick us up from the train station, but unfortunately they had a busy spell and they were unable to come down, but this can't be helped. Overall, a nice experience.

When I bought my Volvo XC60 from Phantom, it was overall sound. Barry the salesman was a really nice fella. He told me he hadn't been at the company long, but other than taking a little longer on systems than I expected, you wouldn't have known. I have already been talking about him and Phantom to people I know and telling them to head over, and I definitely will be going back to see Barry when the time comes. Cheers Mate!
