Pre-sale communication etc was fantastic and problems were sorted out (in the main). It took a long time to get done but it was over Christmas and specialist parts were needed etc. But, not everything was fixed on collection (tow bar and warning lights) so I had to go back and was directed straight through to Aftersales. Again, impeccable service and professionalism - but repairs not being completed until April 1st. The things being done were all identified (towbar) or should have been fixed (warning lights) prior to collection. That's the only reason the score is not 5.

The overall experience was superb, Phantom seems to be a well run dealership and I'm sure you will get lots of return custom. Liam was a pleasure to deal with, he explained everything to me in terms of finance, extended warranty and service pack. I'd recommend you guys to anyone wanting to change their car. The car itself is in really great condition, 2 years old but looks and feels brnad new. I have zero complaints in relation to the product or the service so thankyou very much

I've never owned an electric car before, but everything is going great with my Mercedes EQC. I've driven about 4,000 miles so far and have no complaints. Alastair at Phantom was polite and pleasant. Everything was spot on and exactly as expected to be honest.

The Land Rover Discovery we bought from Phantom Motor Company is absolutely fantastic! We recently took it on a long trip around Scotland, and the family loved it—especially compared to our old 3 Series BMW. I found these guys on Auto Trader - I initially had my eye on another C Class but I'm glad I went with Phantom. Gary was great, and although he was double booked on the day, he still did a great job of looking after us both. I've done about 400 miles in the car so far, and so far so good, so no complaints from me.
