This was my first time buying a car from Phantom but I had visited here previously just to take a look around. Alistair looked after me on this occasion and he was really good. I wasn't to sure what I was looking for but after speaking to him, he helped me to find a car that I wanted. He was really knowledgeable about the car as well, which was great. For the daily usual trips I do, the car has been great. I'm really happy with it.

Kevin supported me throughout the sale and he was a really nice guy to deal with. So far, my Ford Mustang has been brilliant, it's been really good, actually. Definitely 5 stars.

100% recommend this dealership to others. Lewis was very accommodating as my train got cancelled, so I had to get an earlier train and it led me to be at Phantom 3 hours early but he was perfect. Coming from a Jag to an Audi Q7, I would say it has been an upgrade as it's a very good car.

Kevin was really nice and patient as there was a bit of a delay, but overall it went well. Other than having a service light come on in the car, the car has been perfect and mechanically I've not had any issues.

It was a excellent experience

This is the third Porsche I've owned now, and it's been a lovely car, I can't fault it. I have to say, though, I do miss my Aston and if it wasn't for my mobility I would still have it. There were a couple of lads who looked after me at Phantom both were spot on. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the price I got for my trade in and thinking about it, I should have sold it privately.

I'm writing this review to thank Phantom Motor Company in Wigan for the amazing service I received from them. I had recently purchased an Audi E-Tron and encountered an issue where it wouldn't charge to it's full capacity. This was, understandably, quite frustrating. From the moment I reached out to them, they were incredibly responsive and eager to help. They thoroughly investigated the charging issue and presented me with several potential solutions. While none of these options ultimately met my needs, I was impressed by their dedication to finding a resolution. Understanding that the offered solutions weren't ideal for me, they didn't hesitate to offer a full refund, without any arguments or hesitation.
