The customer care at Phantom Motor Company was very good, and it was definitely a five-star service.

I've got no issues whatsoever with my Ford Transit van. Kevin was a nice guy, and I found him to be helpful. The van was clean, and it had been valeted to a high standard when I collected it.

We did not realise that viewing cars at Phantom Motor Company requires an appointment, and we turned up out of the blue, hoping to take a look at a particular model. Initially, we were a little concerned. We understood that without an appointment, it might be difficult for them to accommodate us. However, Jon immediately put us at ease. He was incredibly accommodating, despite the fact that we hadn't booked a slot. He explained the appointment system politely and efficiently, but then went above and beyond to see if he could find a way to help us. Jon took the time to answer some of our key questions and show us a quick overview of the car we were interested in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him, even though we had clearly arrived at an inconvenient time. Things have been going well with my MG, and I'm extremely pleased with how everything is going so far.

First time getting a car from this company and it's all been good. I'm happy with my Ford Fiesta.

I've had similar cars in the past to the M2 but nothing this powerful, it's been brilliant. Longin was the salesman that looked after me on the day and he was brilliant as well, I can't fault him. I'm having a small issue with getting the logbook, but it's not his fault, and he has tried to help where he could.

This is the second Subaru I've owned and it's been brilliant, I love it. I can't really complain about the service I received. Longin was really helpful and the whole process was nice and easy.

Both Gary and Phantom were brilliant to deal with and I got a great car.
