I can't think of a bad thing to say about Phantom, Brian was totally helpful from start to end. The only time I had to wait was when new pads were being put on, and I don't mind waiting for that! The Kia has been a brilliant motor to drive, I am really enjoying it!

I am actually a return customer of Phantoms and I think I will be sticking with these for all my future purchases. It is so nice to finally deal with a reputable company and people who actually have an obsession with cars. The first car I bought had a light come on for a valve, so Phantom got that sorted immediately for me, no delays or messing about. I am trying to think of some negatives or anything I could give as feedback, but nothing springs to mind, which is unusual, as that is usually the first thing I would pick up on! I am sure you can agree, the customer service in the UK isn't the best, so when I came across Phantom, it was like a breath of fresh air, dealing with a company as good as these. Even when I was trading in my part ex, they gave me a really good price and didn't try to pull the carpet from under my feet. We actually took my 7 yr old son when we were buying the X5, and they let him sit in a 175k Ferrari, he absolutely loved it and so did we, it was a very kind gesture of them! Phantom were so good from start to finish, if anyone ever asked for a car dealer recommendation, I would say no other than Phantom, they have been incredible. They even went the extra mile and gave us a nice bottle of wine, which went down a treat that evening! All in all, they have been an exceptional company to deal with.

It was my first visit at Phantom and I believe I would be more than happy to go again. The Mercedes E-Class that I bought is marvellous, absolutely perfect, I have got no issues at all with the car. Adam was a lovely gent, very thorough and attentive throughout.

Ah the Q5 is absolutely spot on, it is a lovely car to drive. It was in perfect condition when I went to collect it, Adam got done everything that I asked I couldn't fault him one bit. There was no pressure at all, it was just dead easy and straight forwards. He did everything I asked for, he was a top guy👍.

The Kia is for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It is a really nice car to be honest, I did a 500 mile round trip the other week and it drove perfectly. Dealing with Brian was great, it wasn't like buying a car off a salesman, it was like buying from a friend. He was really down to earth and didn't force the sale either. All in all we are really happy and I would recommend Brian to anyone!

I won't go anywhere else for my cars only Phantom. I have been to them multiple times now and can't say enough good things about them, chelsea, ben, the whole team are so sound. I recommend Phantom al the time as I never have any issues. This time round I bought an X5 and I absolutely love it, it is a smashing car. Must give a little mention to their feedback service too, the girl was dead sound to speak with, so all in all, faultless.

Brilliant from start to finish, I would 100% return to Phantom again. They have been incredible to deal with. Brian was really attentive and knowledgeable and has actually helped me out with an issue after the sale which I really appreciated. Oh Kevin was brilliant, absolutely perfect, could not fault him if I tried. Every question I had he answered, he was lovely. The Ford Focus I bought is everything I have been after, it has ticked all of my boxes! It was a very very good overall experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Oh Craig and Brian the delivery guy were absolutely fantastic, they were some of the loveliest gents I have dealt with! Craig was amazing during the sale, went through everything with me and presented the Fabia beautifully. Brian was the delivery guy and he was incredible, such a lovely fent, went through the paperwork with me and kept me up to date as to when he was arriving. From start to end, every encounter I had was incredible, I really cannot fault them at all.

I absolutely love the car, the Jag has been great to drive! I need the hubcaps sorting out but apart form that it was brilliant. Longin was a really nice guy, very helpful and did everything he could for me. All in all, excellent service.
