Phantom came recommended to me and I'm happy to say I will be passing the recommendation on to anybody and everybody. I bought a Mercedes A Class which was probably one of the cheapest cars they had, the service levels was not compromised by this and the lads did a cracking job of looking after me. The salesman even took the car and filled the tank up for me before I took it away... that I was shocked at. I got on well with the guys down there all very sound, no pressure at all and a simple and easy process to buy the car. The showroom was nice and relaxed and a very nice place to buy from, its clean, tidy and looks the part. I am loving the A Class and can't pick a single fault, really happy.

I bought a 435D in January and I'm still very very happy, I still enjoy driving the car every day. Before buying the BMW I attempted to do my bit of the planet and changed my car to something more environmental friendly.. a Hybrid. Well what a banana I felt turning up in it, I couldn't wait to get into my BMW, the Hybrid life isn't for me, I'm a man who is used to sports cars and fast engines. Phantom couldn't do more for me, easy process, really friendly and easy to deal with, and absolutely no pre-judgement (even though I did turn up in a Hybrid 😂) So chuffed to be back comfortable in my BMW... at least I tried ey💁‍♂️ I highly highly highly recommend Phantom Motor Company to anybody looking for a higher class dealership selling pristine/prestige vehicles at very fair prices!

Picked up my new car today, with all negotiations and dealings undertaken remotely! seamless organisation and dealings, excellent communication and great price (I think I looked at every car on Autotrader) for a great car! Their showroom, stock and presentation of prestige vehicles is incredible! Jamie and Kevin couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend and will no doubt purchase from Phantom again!

My dad used Phantom for the first time years ago and never bought a car elsewhere since, a few years ago when I was ready to buy a 'adult'/nice car he insisted I looked here first. I did and I haven't looked back... I have been buying my cars from Chris at Phantom ever since. I have recently been back after I fell in love with a BMW i8! The car is absolutely unreal, I'm made up with it. Chris is always fantastic and Cole is also extremely good at what he does. The boys always looked after me and I will always come back and recommend in return.

Thank god I'm finally rid of my old Focus ST, from the 2 years I owned it it spend 15 months in the garage burning a whole in my pocket. I had enough and decided to finally change it, I went for an Audi A5 and my god, what a difference. The car is literally a dream to drive and such an upgrade. Everything is absolutely perfect with the car and I've had no problems what so ever. I couldn't believe the customer service, everything was brilliant, I dealt with Ben mainly who was so clued up on the car there's wasn't a single thing he couldn't answer. The car was gleaming when I got there, you'd have though it was brand new! Over the moon and can't wait to come back in a few years time for my next one.

I am so happy with my Evoque, its the smoothest and most enjoyable car I've ever driven! I wouldn't be looking to ever switch, only to upgrade to a newer Evoque! The whole process of buying the car was brilliant, all the staff were fantastic and very helpful. I will be back when ready to finally upgrade this beauty!

Great garage to deal with. A very straight forwards purchase and was very fast and efficient. Guys were so helpful and went out of their way for me. Would definitely go back again :).
