Hello Mr Cole Hibbert (Director) at Phantom Motor Company. We left our Land Rover for repair on 12/7 and at the very beginning we informed Your staff that on Friday 19/7 we must have a car back because we have a ferry from England to the Holland and we drive it to the Poland. Every day we have called several times about any information about our car and nobody gave us a specific answer! On Wednesday the 17th your mechanic said that you will have to send the car to the land rover service because you can’t fix the fault, but car was sent to Land Rover in Bolton on Thursday evening !!! We asked for contact with the general manager and nobody even called us back! We got a staggering auto replacement !!! We are very dissatisfied with the service and we want to talk after coming back from Poland with the main manager !!!! You destroyed our holiday because we had everything planned for this car !!!

Recently bought a car from David at Phantom Motor Company and cannot be any more satisfied. He made my purchase very easy and was very professional and courteous. He helped me stay withing my budget and was completely honest about costs and fees. Not enough good things to say about him. If you are looking for a used car on a budget, I recommend talking to him.

The sales staff was patient and accommodating. The service staff was great got an oil change in an hour, after walking in, while I watched Michael and Mike in the waiting area. Go Phantom
Bought my car sometime around the end of March. Found the car I wanted through my Credit Union and got it financed. Called Phantom Motor Company prior to see if the car was still available, test drived it, and got it the very moment it was available without hesitation. The experience was actually pleasant and they made me feel at home. I haven't had any issues with this business and I would recommend.

Went to go seek a car I saw online and was helped by Mike. Let me tell you best service I've had in a while. He was very helpful and very kind. Took the time to answer any questions I had. Not only did he get me the car i wanted within 20 minutes, he also got me a great 5 year warranty at a great price!! If you want a car with 5 star service definitely go to Phantom Motor Company! My first time buying a new car had no idea what I was doing not even from Wigan my mom found this dealer online. I went after work Mike was coming out (leaving for the day) but he helped me and didn't leave until I got into my new car!
