Can't thank the staff at Phantom enough for the way they dealt with us. My wife found the website when looking for a car for herself. Chelsea took initial call and explained the details of the car and then kindly forwarded a video message of a walk around outside and inside of car on the forecourt. I popped by to see it that day, Adam came and greeted me, no sales pressure whatsoever, Did explain that someone else was interested in the car but insisted it wasn't a sales gimmip and I believed him. Put a deposit down and brought the Mrs back next day to test drive. Was love at first sight!!!! We were then introduced to Jamie who dealt with finance side, he did everything he could to get us the right deal and was really helpful in closing the deal out. Can't fault this company for their professionalism throughout.

Adam is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond for me, they held the car a few weeks as I couldn't complete the sale there and then. They was no pressure, just helpful and Adam gave great advice. I'm waiting for a couple of parts to be repaired, but Phantom have been very helpful with this. The Audi is a fantastic car, I'm really pleased with it. Phantom Motor Company kindly delivered the car to me from Wigan to Newcastle! I'd happily recommend and no hesitation in using them again in the future.

David was probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with, he was straight talking and did everything he said he would. There was no hard selling or pressure put on me. I am delighted with the service Adam provided, he was really good, helpful and professional. Unfortunately there was a few hiccups along the way, with mis-communication, however Adam remained professional and helpful, and did get this sorted for me, so I am really happy with him and his customer service skills. The car is now running well, and I am really happy with it. Over-all I'm happy with the car and service. If the review was based on Adam this would be a 5 * - due to the hiccups along the way I have knocked the score down slightly. I would use Phantom again in the future.
