I would NOT use Phantom Motor Company ever again or recommend them to anyone. Had problems with our car from day one and I took it back on numerous occasions, where Phantom Motor Company said it had been dealt with but just fobbed us off. Absolute fuming and a whole lot of money later we are out of pocket massively.

Bought a car from this dealer 4 weeks ago, received a great service with no pushy salesmen, they have a huge selection of top end cars, I'm over the moon with my purchase, they handled my private plate transfer, made me some new plates ready to put on to the car, gave me what I wanted for my part exchange and arranged me a good finance deal. My mum has since been back and traded her car in for a Range Rover, received exactly the same service. Thanks Phantom Motor Company I will certainly be returning maybe for the Lambo one day..LOL

The service when I got there wasn't quite as I would have expected. The valeter had snapped the hinge on the glovebox and I was told this would be sent down to me as I had traveled so far to collect the car but this never happened. The drivers seat wasn't in great condition and the leather needed to be scrubbed hard to remove the dirt. I also phoned to tell them that the paddle shifts were sticking slightly and I was told I would get a call about it which also never happened. These issues are more to do with the dealer than the car itself as it has proved a good buy and has been very reliable. I think if the customer aftercare was improved and also the valeting staff were replaced then the dealer would be a 5 star review as the car itself and the cars they stock are of a very decent standard.

Issues with a previous owner of car claiming to still be the owner. Dealership has done nothing to rectify and wants nothing to do with it. Had to involve the police, trading standards, finance company and still not resolved. Appalling service, language and morals.

Perfect. Well to be fair, whenever I asked them questions they were helpful in answering them. When I went to pick the car up from Phantom Motor Company it was all ready for me. It just felt like a really easy buy, so simple with no complications or issues before or after. My Audi A3 has been running perfectly
