Enjoying my new RR Velar overall, I took the car straight down to Land Rover after the purchase and the oil and coolant was low, they topped it up free of cost and I booked in for a full service, I'm not out of pocket so far and really enjoying the car so I have no qualms, If there is anything else which comes back after the service, I'll get on with the after sales care team and hopefully, this should be covered under the warranty. The service has been good and I love the car, hopefully nothing changes on either front. 🤞

I would rate 15 out of 10 if it was possible, I am very happy with the car, it's beautiful, I love it, my wife loves it and my son loves it too. Alistar has been great, very friendly, helpful, he communicated with me all the way through, There has been a couple little issues but I am getting these sorted through the warranty.

To be honest I am very happy with Phantom Motor Company and with Chelsea who looked after us. We had an issue with an oil leak very soon after we got the car, it would have been quite difficult issue to foresee in all fairness, the main thing for me was we needed a car for me girl and needed the issue sorting ASAP, when I explained the urgency, the after sales care lady managed to bump us up and bring our appointment forward by a week which was greatly appreciated. All the team we have dealt with have been brilliant, my girl loves her car and I just can’t wait to get the issue fixed so she is back on the road.

I have always been a fan of bigger, SUV style cars, I went with a Mercedes A Class as times have changed and I no longer have the need for such a big, thirsty motor. The car has been great so far, I think the battery is going to need changing, I highlighted an intermittent issue where an error message about the battery was flashing up, I was told to keep an eye on it and if it persists, call back and it will be sorted. The issue is becoming more frequent so I'm going to pop in when I am next passing through. This has been the only little hiccup in an otherwise flawless experience, really happy with Phantom Motor Company, Longin is a great guy and very helpful.

Phantom Motor Company and specifically Kevin are brilliant! I have always had Mazda cars and never had any grief, I wanted a Mazda again but I was very open to options, Kevin helped me make an informed choice and I love my new CX3. Kevin was very helpful and very friendly, The rest of the staff seem lovely too, Would defiantly recommend the company.

Made up with my new M4 and I can't wait until the summer when I can fully get out and use it. The car is excellent, a really joy to ride even if I can't really trust the roads at the moment. It is admittedly a little bit of a midlife crisis, I had three range rovers before and sold them all to make way for the M4, it's a massive change of pace and a learning curve for sure, I have never owned anything like it. I dealt with Gary for the most part, unfortunately, he was away when I came to collect the car but he fully looked after me throughout the sale. The other lad who did the hand over was really nice too. I have no reason to fault them or rate any less than full marks.

I am really happy with my new Range Rover Sport and particularly thankful to have it with the bad weather we have had recently, We have had about 2 ft of snow in my local area and the car hasn't struggled once, It's only a more modern version of the car I had before, I am very failure with these cars and it was a seamless transition getting used to it. I defiantly feel like I made the right choice. Chelsea was love to deal with, very friendly and helpful, I broke down on my way home and she couldn't do enough for me, they got the part changed and sent me on my way with no delay.

Over the moon with my new BMW 2 Series, I only had an old Seat Ibiza before so this is a massive jump up for me. The car is fantastic, excellent condition, runs a dream and makes my old car feel like a toy car. It's taken me a while to get used to the Automatic transmission but now I am getting there, I would never go back. Brian was great, nice guy and very helpful. Full marks from me.

My main criteria for a car is I need it to look good all the way round, I had the R8 before which was a hell of a motor, we traded her in and my wife and I agree on the Mustang. We didn't want to go 2 seater again for the sake of taking the grand kids out and what have you. It amazing, simply amazing! My wife drives it a hell of a lot more than I do, in fact, I hardly get a look in anymore, but when I have been out, I'd say I like it more than the R8. Longin is a great chap too, if he lived closer, I would go out drinking with him. I'd rate 12/10 if I could!

I am really happy with my new Land Rover Defender, it's a gorgeous car and really living up to the expectation I had going into the sale. The only little issue I have had was with a coolant reservoir sensor, there is a persisting warning light saying coolant low, I keep checking by eye and it's absolutely fine, it was a local garage who have said it's likely the sensor. I have spoken to the after sales care team and they have told me to send a quote over to be authorized and they will cover the cost in line with the warranty, I am more than happy with this as a resolution, only issue is everywhere is so full. It was Gary that I was dealing with, Gary is excellent, really nice guy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new motor, have a word with Gary or one of the Phantom Motor Company team.
