I am very happy with the customer service I received at Phantom, Brian was very generous and helpful and gave me all his attention whilst in his care. I felt very looked after and I couldn't have asked for anymore from him. I purchased a new Skoda, and although the car drives very similarly to my old Skoda, this one is much more modern - its the first time I've had an electric screen and although I've managed to connect my phone to it, I'm sure there's a whole lot more I can do, I'm going to watch a video and figure everything out properly. I honestly could not be happier with my new car!! I absolutely love it, its perfect. I went to Phantom after seeing it online and Kevin was a dream to deal with. He showed me around the car in good detail, showed me how to work everything, I had lots of questions which he was happy to answer, he was absolutely brilliant! I've had the perfect experience buying my Ford Focus and will be recommending to everybody.

I wasn't 100% sure I was getting the car when I made the journey down, it should have taken me 2.5 hours to get to Wigan, but due to accidents and road closures, it took a whole lot longer. 3 hours in to the journey and it was closing time for Phantom, I called to see what was best before turning around and going home. Chelsea said she would wait behind for me to get there, which still took a further 1.5 hours. When I finally arrived the gates were shut, everything was packed up but Chelsea was waiting to greet me and was so understanding about the situation, she was incredible - I got a drink, used the toilet and was ready to go again. I really appreciated the efforts she made, and don't think that would have been the case elsewhere. The lead up to the collection, Chelsea was on hand with anything I needed, she was friendly and very very helpful. I cannot fault her at all and will be back in contact when I want to buy another car, I will 100% be back to Phantom! The Audi A4 I purchased is a lovely car and I'm very happy with it on the whole. I highly recommend visiting Chelsea if your in the market for a new motor!

The whole buying process with Phantom was excellent, I have a lot of friends who buy their cars here, very expensive cars may I add. I felt confident with the recommendation from others knowing what kind of money they spend there. I bought a VW Transporter and its tiptop! When it came to extra's, I took out the warranty and was really pleased with how it was handled when I did need to use it for an unforeseeable issue with the van. It was really easy for the garage to deal with Phantom's warranty side too - the garage called, got authorisation, got the work done, received the payment and I was back on my way! Although I've had to depend on the warranty its a been breeze doing so, I'm glad I choose to take it out and would recommend the warranty option to anybody buying a new car.

For the first time I took out an extended warranty and boy am I glad I did. Now I understand why its sold.... to claim on the warranty was easy and hassle-free… I'd purchase it again with any car I buy in the future!

I am very glad I took out the warranty option with Phantom, I needed to use it for an electrical issue with my lights, it was simple to get the work done and I was credited back the money for the work carried out. I would recommend happily.

I recently depended on the warranty I purchased through Phantom Motor Company (this is actually the 2nd time I've depended on it now). I can say for sure, once you have done it once, you know exactly what you are doing - its very user friendly and easy to follow. One of the standout features of this warranty is the flexibility it provides in terms of repair service. I found that some garages are hesitant to deal with warranty claims, sometimes making it a bit of a hassle. This warranty allows you to choose any garage for your repairs and then you get easily reimbursed... game changer! I recommend Phantom Motor Company warranty and I would not hesitate to purchase it again when I eventually get a new vehicle.
