Made up with my new M4 and I can't wait until the summer when I can fully get out and use it. The car is excellent, a really joy to ride even if I can't really trust the roads at the moment. It is admittedly a little bit of a midlife crisis, I had three range rovers before and sold them all to make way for the M4, it's a massive change of pace and a learning curve for sure, I have never owned anything like it. I dealt with Gary for the most part, unfortunately, he was away when I came to collect the car but he fully looked after me throughout the sale. The other lad who did the hand over was really nice too. I have no reason to fault them or rate any less than full marks.

I am really happy with my new Range Rover Sport and particularly thankful to have it with the bad weather we have had recently, We have had about 2 ft of snow in my local area and the car hasn't struggled once, It's only a more modern version of the car I had before, I am very failure with these cars and it was a seamless transition getting used to it. I defiantly feel like I made the right choice. Chelsea was love to deal with, very friendly and helpful, I broke down on my way home and she couldn't do enough for me, they got the part changed and sent me on my way with no delay.

Over the moon with my new BMW 2 Series, I only had an old Seat Ibiza before so this is a massive jump up for me. The car is fantastic, excellent condition, runs a dream and makes my old car feel like a toy car. It's taken me a while to get used to the Automatic transmission but now I am getting there, I would never go back. Brian was great, nice guy and very helpful. Full marks from me.

My main criteria for a car is I need it to look good all the way round, I had the R8 before which was a hell of a motor, we traded her in and my wife and I agree on the Mustang. We didn't want to go 2 seater again for the sake of taking the grand kids out and what have you. It amazing, simply amazing! My wife drives it a hell of a lot more than I do, in fact, I hardly get a look in anymore, but when I have been out, I'd say I like it more than the R8. Longin is a great chap too, if he lived closer, I would go out drinking with him. I'd rate 12/10 if I could!

I am really happy with my new Land Rover Defender, it's a gorgeous car and really living up to the expectation I had going into the sale. The only little issue I have had was with a coolant reservoir sensor, there is a persisting warning light saying coolant low, I keep checking by eye and it's absolutely fine, it was a local garage who have said it's likely the sensor. I have spoken to the after sales care team and they have told me to send a quote over to be authorized and they will cover the cost in line with the warranty, I am more than happy with this as a resolution, only issue is everywhere is so full. It was Gary that I was dealing with, Gary is excellent, really nice guy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new motor, have a word with Gary or one of the Phantom Motor Company team.

I have finally downsized my 6.0L Gas Guzzling pride and joy for something more practical and that I am more inclined to use again. I had a have a Tesla Model 3 already and have no got myself a Model Y, in terms of performance, very similar to the model 3, excellent running costs, fast and torquey.. terrible in the snow. I'm in love with the car, I like how the battery feels really well hidden, the 3 has a very awkward driving position because the battery protrudes at your feet. The car has been purchased with retirement in mind, I plan on retiring in less than a year and this will be perfect to keep me going in the early years. I am on the look out for something else, I will defiantly be keeping an eye on the website and I'm signed up to the mailer as well.

Made up with my new M4, been out lots since the purchase and its boss, so fun to drive and without a doubt the nicest car I have ever owned. Brain was really friendly and professional, he has kept me up to date throughout the whole journey and always been the other end of a message or call. The car is back at Phantom currently getting some body work touch ups done which was agreed during the sale. Could rate any lower than full marks.

I am no stranger to larger family cars, I have had X5's, Range Rovers, and most recently, I have purchased a Q8 from Phantom Motor Company. This is by far the best drive and my favorite of the bunch. It's looks stunning, handles well especially with the poor conditions we have had recently. I've have a had a couple little issues with the central locking system however, I think this is developed since the purchase and I have the warranty which has me covered. The customer service has been impeccable start to finish, I couldn't fault anything.

I have been quite happy to buy my new van from Phantom Motor Company, the whole setup is great and the staff are all top. We had an issue very early on which was a shame, it was the tumblers in the ignition which had gone, this is something which I can't imagine anyone anywhere checking prior to a sale. We had this looked at by a local garage because we couldn't get the key in and they highlighted the issue. The garage are more than will to get this sorted out, I just need to send a quote for approval. 10/10 would have been if we hadn't had the issue but I have to commend the willingness and promptness to fix the issue.

Not to mix business with pleasure however, I am really good friends with Cole and I trust him whole heartedly with my business. I purchased a Audi E-Tron from him, my first venture into the EV world and I am really enjoying it. The brakes grind slightly, I have seen Cole a few times over Christmas but again didn't want to mix the friendship. I have spoken with after sales care and I am confident this will be sorted without an issue.
