I would emphatically advise everyone to avoid this dealership. I was sold a car which was faulty (lots of warning lights on the dashboard) which appeared upon starting it up the first time. Informed them, and to their credit, they came to collect the car. Re-delivered it back to us, and again when started back up the same lights were on display. They initially claimed that the fault was likely due to damage caused by our driveway being inclined, and therefore would only take the car back to "inspect" rather than for a refund (as they are legally obliged as per the consumer rights act). Eventually they took the car back at my insistence and me emphasising that I would have no other recourse other than to take them to Small Claims Court if they did not agree to this. They claimed that I was being unreasonable, and that I had misunderstood their comments about the driveway. They advised that as per standard practice they'd have to check the car for damages prior to issuing the refund as it had been out sold a week ago and driven by us (on two very short journeys). They reassured me of their honesty. After a delay, they agreed to issue the refund but deducted £500 due to outright lies that we had caused lots of damage to the car (these included audacious claims such as it smelling of urine upon them receiving it back, amongst other things!) I really implore these brothers if they are reading this to fear Allah, and know that wealth acquired in a haraam way such as this will not cause you any benefit in this world, and will be of considerable regret for you in the Hereafter.

I spent £15,000 on a 15 plate Mercedes Benz C Class which I bought at this dealership, with 3 months warranty. The car was checked and inspected by myself and everything seemed perfect including the paperwork. Until 6 days later I started to hear a squeaking sound. I thought it must be nothing just me being paranoid as it’s a new car. I got it checked at three different garages just to make sure and it was the ball joint which was completely knackered. (The noise went worse the more days I drove) The arm and ball joint needed to be replaced with the bushes which came to a whopping £310. Further to this the garage checked the rest of the car and showed me the underneath, both front tires were completely bold from the inside and the tracking was completely off. The front brake pads had 1mm left so I had to change them as well!! I then had to go to National to do the tracking but they insisted there is no point unless you change the front two tires. So that was another £240. Which = £550. During all this I called the garage multiple times to access my warranty but I didn’t get any straight answers. The option I were given was to ‘go to London’ which is 4 hours away from me so they can repair it themselves from their own mechanic. They knew I would never do that as it is time consuming and would have damaged the car even more!! The warranty company they are under does not even have a phone number you can ring and any garage you go to will not take part with the 3rd party warranty which they have so that was completely useless. The owner kept saying the car is perfect and the garages are making it up and I’m being over charged when I took it to three different garages and the one who fixed it was actually my dads friend. The owner did not offer to cover me to pay for any parts even though the car was bought within 2 weeks from them. The owner did not give any discounted price on the vehicle which was at 15k even though I travelled so far to retrieve it. I would definitely not recommend this place, I have been ripped off. I do not know what else will need fixing but I assure you they will not care once you’ve left.
