Recently purchased a Mercedes c-class from Phoenix way car dealership. Was very happy with the overall service and would recommend them! I did end up purchasing an extended warranty from Customer Protect and I hope it is worth the money but the service from the dealership itself was really good and I would certainly visit again!

Phoenix Way Car Dealership promised the car on 3 occasions and still had to wait. when we finally had enough and went to collect, we were not given the MOT cert. we had to wait for the car to return (were told they had gone to get petrol) and they had used it to collect car parts. Over a month later still no MOT certificate and eventually got a copy through the post - but it is not the original and does not say if there were any advisorys. we havent received our warranty either. AVOID THIS DEALER !!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY !!
Very bad dealer. I bought one week ago Vauxhall Insignia and the guy said will send me my 3 month warranty next morning on mail. I called them two times from then and nothing. Very dissapointed in Phoenix Car Dealership.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra back in August. The car was clean and in good condition but I have had numerous issues with the car which the dealership have been quite hesitant to help with and in the end I have had to pay out to have the repairs done at another garage at my own cost which is annoying. I probably wouldn't recommend this dealership.

In July I went to Phoenix Car Dealership and purchased a Chevrolet Orlando. The service was excellent and the dealers were really helpful and knowledgeable. The car was very clean and in excellent condition and I have had no issues with it at all. I am really happy and would recommend this dealership.
