I have bought a freelander few years ago head gasket went within a week of having it. Did finally get it fixed through the 1 month warranty. They make out there your friend especially the owner. So needed an automatic car couple of weeks back. Stupidly I went back there as is close buy. I bought a Chevrolet Captiva automatic had nothing but trouble with it from days into buying it. The owner rude when I wanted my money back. Gave every excuse possible. They buy there cars cheap at auctions then put at least 2/3 grande on top of price. They are a bunch of crooks. I ended up having to scrap my car as they wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THERE CHARLETONS TAKE UR MONEY THEN AVOID YOU THERE SHOCKING…!!!!

Being a new driver, buying your first car can be a challenging process but for me mine was a pleasant one thanks to this family run business. They were patient, answering all questions and explaining things I didn’t understand further. Amit showed me all the cars that not only were within my budget but also great cars for a new driver. Looking for a car? take your business somewhere else and save yourself a lot of pain. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from these people and it did not seem right from the start. I had loads of minor issues, some of which were fixed and then the gearbox developed a fault where sometimes you just cannot get it into gear at all. I've never had a car with so many problems and although the staff act as though they are being helpful they won't refund my 4k. I know what my rights are but these charlatans just ignore you once they have your money and a fault arises.

I bought a Mazda 6 from Pheonix Vehicle Resale last week and I was really pleased with how helpful everyone was. Really friendly and nice people, very patient and knowledgeable without being "pushy" to try to get a sale out of you. So far, I am really pleased with my car, I feel like I've done the right choice. I bought a Mercedes ML 2007 in December2020, I have few issues with it from the word go, and they promised to sort it out. I am working away from home at present and will head straight there to either sort the issues or swap for another car. Their customers service is excellent and how they will sort the problem.

Bought my first car from Phoenix Vehicle Resales. They let me test drive a few before I made a decision helped me out with the finance and made the whole process that little bit less daunting.
