The gentleman who delivered our Renault Traffic was lovely and arrived exactly when we were expecting. It would have been helpful if the dealership had provided a checklist of things to do upon delivery, such as completing the registration documents, but overall we're very happy with the vehicle and the service we received.

It was quite busy when I arrive and the staff member who assisted me seemed a bit overwhelmed, but he did his best to help.
