Simply fantastic I couldn't have asked for any more from the team at Pickering Motor Company; they certainly know what they are doing and just provide an all-around great customer experience. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop about the process and they answered all my questions. So overall, I am very happy with everything. The VW caddy is  looking and driving exceptionally well. so this dealership easily deserves full marks. 

Me and my husband went to Pickering Motor Company in order to get myself an accessible car due to our mobility issues, and after seeing all the positive reviews, we knew they were the company to go and see. After going over a few cars, we opted for the VW caddy as it had the accessibility ramp at the back, which just makes travel much simpler for us. The customer service was exceptional throughout, and even after the sale, the communication in regards to aftersales and following up with us has been brilliant. It is so nice to see a dealership so willing to help and make sure everything is going well. I would most definitely buy from this dealership again. 

I can't wait to take out our newly converted Ford Transit on our European travels, through Spain. So I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in picking this beaut out for us, Andy. It really is driving well, mechanically sound, and body work is clean. The customer service will just clearly state that Andy really is a star, very polite, informative, and just an all-round gentleman. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. 

I only bought the Dacia Jogger a few weeks ago, and it has already done well over 1000 miles, certainly earning its keep. It is now the first car of its type to be a wheelchair-accessible taxi in Swindon, and I'm truly loving driving the car. In regards to customer service, the handover process was one of the most efficient I've ever been through, and I have bought a lot of cars. The car overall is great value for money, and I really can't pick out a fault with the dealership. 5 stars all day long. P.S. We went to the Pickering Motor Company due to their wide range of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, as we were in need of a much more spacious car to get us around, and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. After giving them our specifications, they were able to show us a few different options, all of which met our needs, but one just stood out and pipped the others to the top of our list: their Ford Tourneo. It's just a brilliant car; we love the look, it's incredible spacious, and it drives great. I can't fault anything about the service or the car; keep up the good work. 

I bought a VW Caddy Maxi, communication all the way to handover was 1st class. The car is in good condition and have had no issues.
