It wasn't my first time using Pickering Motor Company and it certainly wont be my last. I love the van so much, VM Caddy is a beast, its a lot more powerful than my old one. We have always had brilliant service from Andy and family, this is the 4th time I have used now and each and every time I have never once been let down. Here, I receive nothing but the best customer service. I've never had any issues with any of my vehicles I have bought from Andy, its the reliability of the motors that bring me back and the customer service that is provided is just unmatched. We don't even go anywhere else now, its standard procedure in our family now that if anyone needs a new motor we go straight tot Pickering. Id rate 6 stars if I could!

Purchasing the VW Caddy from Pickering was as easy as pie, the van is driving smoothly... as smooth as a van can get anyway ahaha. It was great when dealing with the staff, they were professional and very helpful. I would for sure come back to Pickering for another van/car if it was ever needed.

Chris and Lynn I think her name was - BRILLIANT. They were absolutely brilliant with me. They helped me out from the get go. The process was easy and wonderful. I went for something totally different that what I had in mind but I am so glad I found Chris down at Pickings Motor Company, because what he did for me, not many please would do. He pointed me in the right direction but without being too pushy. Chris gave me 5 options and walked me though each of them, you know ' this one is 2k cheaper that this one but this one is 2 years older' you know that kind of jazz, but I really appreciated it and it was really helpful, as for a matter of fact the motor I have now is so well suited for what I need it for I am pretty much future proofed in the Mercedes Sprinter. I just wanted to let you know that I am thrilled with the motor and the customer service and that I am so glad I found you. .

I didn't actually go down to the dealership, I purchased the Renault Master over email, I found it really easy to be honest with you, I found them to be highly responsive and kept me in the loop of things at all times. The delivery was on time and I was happy with all aspects of the sale. I would certainly use again and recommend to any friends or family that are in need of a new motor.
