I found Pickering Motor Company online, and they have been fabulous. I dealt with Andy primarily by email, and all his emails were really polite and informative. We have come across a little hiccup with the tyres, but as soon as Andy was made aware he has been doing everything in his power to help. I honestly couldn't ask for more from him or Pickering.

I bought a van 'blind' without viewing, and had it delivered. The only problems were a couple of missing accessories, one of which I did not advise them about until 4 months later. Both items were sent out without problem or quibble. Excellent customer service.

After looking around specifically for a Peugeot Partner Tepee, we were delighted to see one at the Pickering Motor Company, just due to knowing its reputation in the area. The car itself is spacious, having that wheelchair access was key. The car also had low mileage and was in exceptional condition, so it really did just tick all the boxes. The dealership itself was super easy to find, and we were pleasantly surprised that the reviews were accurate, as the staff really were super friendly, helpful, and forthcoming throughout the entirety of the process. Can't fault them. 5 stars.

This was my second time buying a vehicle from the Pickering Motor Company, and I must say it is fantastic to see they haven't let their high standards slip. The service was exceptional, very helpful, and informative. The vehicle, a Citroen Berlingo, is perfect for our accessibility issues. When going through a part exchange, they gave a very fair valuation on the trade-in, and based on my experience with the company, I can honestly state I will not look anywhere else for any vehicle

Simply fantastic I couldn't have asked for any more from the team at Pickering Motor Company; they certainly know what they are doing and just provide an all-around great customer experience. Me and my husband went to Pickering Motor Company in order to get myself an accessible car due to our mobility issues, and after seeing all the positive reviews, we knew they were the company to go and see. After going over a few cars, we opted for the VW caddy as it had the accessibility ramp at the back, which just makes travel much simpler for us. The customer service was exceptional throughout, and even after the sale, the communication in regards to aftersales and following up with us has been brilliant. It is so nice to see a dealership so willing to help and make sure everything is going well. I would most definitely buy from this dealership again.

I only bought the Dacia Jogger a few weeks ago, and it has already done well over 1000 miles, certainly earning its keep. It is now the first car of its type to be a wheelchair-accessible taxi in Swindon, and I'm truly loving driving the car. In regards to customer service, the handover process was one of the most efficient I've ever been through, and I have bought a lot of cars. The car overall is great value for money, and I really can't pick out a fault with the dealership. 5 stars all day long. P.S.
