Very good customer service, dealer was helpful, when I bought my VW caddy. I'm very happy with the van, its running nicely and very comfortable to drive - it's perfect for what I needed it for.

I bought Peugeot boxer from Dave at Pickerings, he was fantastic, very helpful and clued up - it was like he had studied every van there, he answered every single question, quickly and detailed too. I am absolutely blown away with Pickering Motor Company, especially Dave and Andy, genuinely nice, caring and kind guys, they really went the extra mile for me. Both were very helpful, friendly and extremely patience. It took some time to get the finance in place, the dealer saved the van and gave us the time we needed, he kept us fully updated with any progress. We bought a Peugeot Boxer, and it am so impressed with how much control the van has, especially in the snow, it handles snow/ice very well, which is brilliant! I am very happy with it, since buying a few weeks ago the van has covered easily 1,500 miles and not a peep in sight - its mechanically perfect, and the condition cosmetically is spot on. The van was delivered and the driver was so lovely, he allowed me time to do a thorough check, and never rushed me, he was really kind and friendly. A few days after getting the van there was a product recall on it, I was pretty scared, but it was just a software update needed, so I took it to Peugeot and it was sorted very quickly. I am so pleased with the van and can't thank Andy and Dave at Pickering enough - real gentlemen, thank you, Bonita.

I went to Pickering Motor Company to buy a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi, I had seen it online and pretty much bought it, we just needed to collect and ensure we was happy. The Sales guy was very good, very helpful, lots of information and nothing was too much trouble. I travelled from Aberdeen to Blackpool so quite a journey, but very worth it. A few weeks after buying I had an issue with the Caddy - I called and the dealer told me to get it checked locally, it was the injectors, needed replacing. Pickering Motor Company ordered the parts and had them sent to my local garage who did the repair work, and the dealer covered the cost. Really impressed with how quickly they got this sorted, the part was delivered and fitted within days. Pickering Motor Company handled it all perfectly, and very professionally. I'm made up with the van now, and I'd certain travel again to buy from this dealer again in the future.

I was looking for a adapted car and when searching the internet, I found Pickering Motor Company in Blackpool - I found their reviews before their website, I read the reviews on here and was amazed, it certainly reflected through when I spoke to the dealership. They are quite some distance but the stock looked great, a nice range to chose from all adapted or modified and in great condition. The chap was extremely helpful when I first phone up. I decided on a VW Caddy, and he gave me all the details, history and facts of the motor - I liked what I heard. We agreed on a price and we was away from there - very easy, quick, professional and polite service received - Cannot fault at all. I will return to Pickering next time we change our mobility car - lovely chap, lovely dealership and a lovely motor.

I really needed a new car, but time was limited and I really didnt know what I wanted, I don't know much about cars and I didnt have any assistance either, so I was going to buy a car alone, and quite clueless.... I did lots of homework, read hundreds of reviews and I couldn't pick a 'con' with Pickering Motor Company from other customers feedback. I decided to contact them and ask for some help, from the first conversation I felt comfortable and relaxed and I wasn't stressed anymore, the first phone call and the customer reviews gave me the confidence to buy a car without even seeing it or visiting the dealership. I was very happy with the gent who was dealing with me, very helpful and lots of information, we arrange delivery and everything happened on time as planned, very smooth and straight forward process. Its been a breathe of fresh air to get what I was told I would get, its been a enjoyable experience, pain free and exciting. I highly recommend Pickering Motor Company.
